English Blueberry Delight!
I was inspired by my Great Aunt’s recipe. I had to adapt the recipe to the things I could eat. The blueberries and the icing made for a wonderful partnership and each bite made me a little weepy. Again, ice cream, always add the ice cream. Why? Because you can!
