Pasta with Cashew Creme Sauce

Pasta with Cashew Creme Sauce

A solid day creating in the kitchen. Me and my spirit helpers came up with some divine recipes. The sauce was from scratch. The thoughtful layering, the spices, the butter, the boiling, the carmelizing onions, the simmering and then the blending. Want to know a […]

The Skillet Cookie that Will Change Your Life

The Skillet Cookie that Will Change Your Life

Fellow bakers and chefs, this is the easiest and fastest dessert you will ever make. I have worked on this recipe for about a year and then suddenly, I nailed it. It was gone the same night. Add a scoop of your favorite ice cream […]

Italian Wedding Soup and Bread for the Win!

Italian Wedding Soup and Bread for the Win!

I didn’t come up with the name Italian Wedding Soup but I certainly created my own flare for the recipe. This was probably the best soup I have made yet and although there was not a wedding planned, we sure know how to celebrate the moments.

This meal was a labor of incredible love from start to finish. Every second of preparing this meal invoked joy inside of my bones. I truly can’t wait to create this again. Wish I would have written down the brilliant recipe. It’s okay, miracles happen daily, it will all come back to me in the right time.

The family devoured this in the most amazing ways.

Grass-fed Dutch Oven Roast

Grass-fed Dutch Oven Roast

Do you see all of that butter? This is the secret. Whoever tried to tell you butter isn’t good for you only wanted to keep it all for themselves. Butter is so good for you and for this roast. Don’t skip it and don’t skim it!

Been having ourselves a mighty fine time over here. Cooking and baking all the comfort into our days. Grateful for my marvelous kitchen and a wonderful family to feed.

I’m A to Z, I’m the Beginning, I’m the Conclusion

I’m A to Z, I’m the Beginning, I’m the Conclusion

And You oh Lord, are everything in between! As I sat here tonight deciding where to begin with my updates, my mind began to wander to something I read in the intro to the book of Revelations not long ago.  “Our times are not propitious […]
