Intuitive Eating

Some call it intuitive eating. Some say we are a slave to our body. I call it, the body speaks so it’s a good idea to pay attention. These meals are a result of my body making it clear what I need and when. In the beginning of this recovery journey I was told by doctors and dieticians to remove this remove that. It caused a great deal of ocd and food issues. Today I celebrate honoring all food even refined sugar from time to time.
