Birthday Dinner
This picture is my birthday dinner made by people I love and trust. I was surrounded by a handful of those who love me most and when they look at me they see my broken, messy body, experience my forgetful mind, watch my body tremor and my fight to swallow food, they see my bum leg but that doesn’t stop them from loving me and seeing my value. I’m learning to look a little deeper inside of me as well. I see you 45 and I’ll toast you to the Best Year Yet!
